Prices in US dollars. Payment details are arranged after we confirm a time by email. We do not take payment in advance of agreeing that a session makes sense for you.

We reply and suggest a tier
Usually within one business day. If a session is not the right answer, we will say so and point you at the free guide that covers it.
We agree a time and you pay
Payment is arranged by email once we have agreed a time. Evenings and weekends are available.
We meet and do the work
Screen shared video call. You perform every action. Afterward you receive a written recap and follow up support for the period included in your tier.

We reply to everything, usually within one business day.
Some honest notes
Do you tell me what to buy?
No. We are not financial advisors and we do not give investment advice. We teach you how the technology works, how to use it safely, and how to research things yourself. What you buy is your decision, and anyone charging for that decision should worry you.
Will you take custody of my funds?
Never. We do not hold, manage or have access to your assets at any point. You perform every action on your own devices with your own accounts.
What if I am really behind?
That is the normal case. Most people book because they feel behind. There is no level of beginner that is too beginner, and the Starter session assumes nothing at all.
What technology do I need?
A computer with a browser, and a phone if you want a mobile wallet. Standard video calling, and we send a link. No special software.
Can you help if I have already lost money?
We can help you understand what happened and secure what remains. We cannot recover funds sent onchain, and nobody else can either. Anyone promising recovery for a fee is running a second scam.
Do you offer refunds?
If we have not delivered the session, yes. If you are unhappy with a session, tell us and we will make it right. See the terms of use.
