You can lose everything
Crypto assets are extremely volatile. Drawdowns exceeding 70 percent have occurred repeatedly, including in the largest assets. Many tokens have gone to zero and will do so again.
Beyond price, you can lose funds permanently through a lost seed phrase, a transaction sent to the wrong address, a smart contract exploit, an exchange failure, or a scam. None of these are reversible.
Never invest money you cannot afford to lose entirely. We mean this literally, as a calculation about your actual finances rather than as a phrase.
What we actually do
We teach. How a blockchain works, what a wallet is, how to protect a seed phrase, how to complete a transaction safely, how to read a chart, and how to research a project yourself.
The goal is that you can make your own informed decisions. Not that you follow ours, because we do not give any.
Accuracy and currency
We work hard to be accurate and this is a fast moving field. Information may become outdated, protocols change, platforms alter their fees and terms, and regulations shift.
Live price and market data is supplied by third parties, currently CoinGecko, and may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Do not rely on it for any decision that matters.
If you find an error, please tell us. We correct things.
