The parts that change the answer
They are not the same kind of thing
Raydium is a venue holding pools. Jupiter is a router that quotes across Raydium, Orca and everything else and splits your order between them. Comparing them is comparing a shop with a price comparison site.
Why the aggregator usually wins
On any given pair the deepest pool changes. A router checks all of them each time, which is a real edge on anything but the most liquid pairs.
Providing liquidity
You cannot supply liquidity to an aggregator. If you want fee income you are choosing a venue, and then Raydium and Orca are the comparison to make.
