Ser is a joke spelling of sir that became a standard form of address online. It carries a wink: half politeness, half parody of the breathless tone of group chats. Wen, gm and a few others come from the same place, which is the deliberate misspelling as in group signal.
It is harmless as vocabulary. It is worth noticing when heavy use of it correlates with heavy pressure to buy something, because the casual register is doing work: it makes a sales pitch feel like a conversation between friends.
