Definition

Launching a token with no announcement, presented as fairness.

A stealth launch means the token simply appears, with no pre announcement, no presale and no allocation round. The pitch is fairness: nobody had advance notice, so nobody got a cheaper entry.

In practice the deployer always has advance notice, because they chose the moment. Stealth launches are a favorite of snipers and bundlers for exactly that reason, and the supply picture in the first block usually tells the real story.

Fair launch is a claim about distribution, and distribution is public. Check it rather than accepting the framing.

In practice

A token that appears with no warning and is nonetheless forty percent held by wallets funded from one source before anyone else could buy.

Some of these land faster in conversation than in writing. Sessions are one to one and you can ask anything, including the things that feel too obvious to ask.
